Our Road Safety Law Enforcement business unit has been in operation for more than 18 years. It has implemented more than 60 Road Safety Enforcement projects at various local, provincial, and metropolitan municipalities across South Africa.

Our solution offering consists of an end-to-end service with hardware and software designed, built, and maintained in-house, offering our clients the latest technology and adaptability to market changes.

We supply advanced integrated end-to-end infringement management systems that includes the following:

  • Portable and Mobile Speed enforcement systems and measuring devices;
  • Design, Installation and Maintenance of Traffic Control and Enforcement Systems Speed and Red-Light cameras;
  • Average Speed Over Distance solutions;
  • Bus Lane Enforcement solutions;
  • Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems;
  • Mobile handheld device for electronic processing of roadside infringement capturing;
  • End to End Contravention System (for AARTO and CPA).
iForce Helios, is a low cost, cloud-based software solution specifically designed for the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO Act).
The iTrac is our versatile license-plate recognition (ANPR) camera. It is suitable for both in-vehicle or tripod mount or any other fixed-mount applications.
The iTicket device is our Android mobile enforcement device which enables Traffic Officers working on the roads to capture infringements, real time, as traffic violations occur and without the need for handwriting.

Some of Our Clients:

We were contracted in 2020 to deliver a Traffic Contravention Service for the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality. Under this contract, TMT processes over 200,000 infringements a month, generated from various front-end devices such as Average Speed over Distance, Bus Lane Enforcement, Fixed and Mobile cameras as well as Handheld Devices.

We currently provide the Mogale City Local Municipality with an end-to-end traffic infringement management system which includes a combination of speed and red-light enforcement cameras including roaming ANPR busses for roadblock purposes. We processes over 70 000 infringements for the Mogale City Traffic Department per month.
